Before becoming an author, Kristen was a kid. And although she’s now a parent and grandparent, she\u2019s still a kid at heart. Kristen N. Dobson is a children\u2019s picture book author whose work celebrates the power of storytelling to connect generations. Before becoming an author, Kristen spent more than 30 years teaching writing, guiding students of all ages to find their voices and tell their stories with clarity and heart.<\/b><\/p>\n

In addition to her work as an educator, Kristen homeschooled her seven children and, together with her family, has fostered many young children over the years. These experiences shaped her deep understanding of family dynamics, learning styles, and the profound role that caring adults\u2014parents, grandparents, teachers, and mentors\u2014play in a child\u2019s emotional and intellectual development.<\/b><\/p>\n

Through decades of teaching, parenting, homeschooling, and fostering, Kristen has witnessed firsthand the significance of intergenerational relationships.
