About the Author
Kristen N. Dobson is a children’s picture book author whose work centers on the power of stories to build meaningful connections across generations. With more than 30 years of experience teaching writing, Kristen brings an educator’s insight and a storyteller’s heart to her books.
She homeschooled her seven children and has fostered many young children, experiences that shaped her deep understanding of family life, emotional development, and the role adults play in nurturing young readers. Inspired by her grandchildren, Kristen created the LollyBooks series to encourage shared reading experiences between children and parents, grandparents, teachers, and caregivers.
Through humor, warmth, and everyday moments, Kristen’s books aim to deepen intergenerational relationships and remind readers that the best stories are the ones we share together.
